1. What is the difference between the Online Only Merch and the Event Merch?

Answer:

Good question...Both are awesome!

Our Online Only Items ship straight to your home. You won't find these pieces sold at events.  They include our classics which rarely change 

Our Exclusive Event Merch can be bought online AND in person at our Merch Booths.  They are designed seasonally and sold in limited quantities. There is NO shipping available for these items. After purchase, you will simply visit the Merch Booth at the event indicated to pick up your purchase. 

 

2. Should I order my Event Merch Online in advance or wait to buy in person at the booth?

Answer:

Order in advance! (If you can) There's always limited availability with our in person items so we recommend you snag what you'd like before events to ensure your favorites don't sell out.  You'll also skip the checkout line :) 

 

3. How long until my online order arrives?

Answer:  Allow 2-3 weeks for any online orders.  If you have any items that still haven't arrived, please reach out to us at customizeyourlifemedia@gmail.com
